Inspired in part by Virginia Eileen Briand’s favorite Beatles song, “Blackbird,” the room carries a gentle, hopeful energy—a sense of rising above, finding light, and embracing the beauty of the moment.
The name is both a nod to the restaurant and a reflection of Virginia’s appreciation for the quiet spaces between life’s milestones. She believed in beauty without fuss, in rooms that felt lived-in and welcoming, and in the power of slowing down to truly connect. The Blackbird Room channels that spirit with ease.
